Founded by Jeremy Hurguy, who began cutting his friends' hair in 1988 with the hope of making his friends look good for the skating rink. He initially viewed it as something he liked to do and was good at rather than a career. However, after facing challenges and falling into trouble, he found faith and married his beautiful wife, leading him to realize that he could make a significant impact by becoming a barber. Today, he is the proud owner of Victory Barber Studios, a barbershop built on excellence. He aspires to encourage and serve others while living by faith.
